I’On Celebrates 10 Years
It’s hard to believe, but it was 10 years ago in March that the Mt. Pleasant Town Council finally approved the I’On plan as it now stands. Today, the neighborhood is some 600 houses strong, has won numerous awards and is one of the most desired neighborhoods in which to live in all of Charleston.
We’ve worked hard to make I’On the success it is today and everyone associated with the neighborhood has contributed in some way – big or small. So to honor all of those efforts and commitments, we’re celebrating the neighborhood’s 10th anniversary in a big way.
Join your fellow neighbors at the 10th Anniversary celebration party, a family-friendly event which will be held March 10 at the Amphitheater and is open to all I’On residents. From 5-10 p.m., you can commemorate the successes of I’On while enjoying food from Sticky Fingers, plenty of beer, lemonade and tea, and live bluegrass music from Blue Plantation. Vince Graham, the founder of I’On, will also speak about how his neighborhood vision has evolved through the years and recognize those who sacrificed to help I’On become a reality.
For more information about the event, please call the I’On Realty Office at (843) 884-3080.
We hope to see you there!
