“Throw your first party” for Mixson homeowners

Mixson’s pioneering first buyers got to treat themselves and their friends to a family-style dinner at Evo Pizza, at the I’On Group’s “Throw your first party” event on Wednesday, Dec. 5. As a thank you to those intrepid souls who will be the first to settle in Mixson, the I’On Group asked them to invite some friends to Evo for some great food, drink, and conversation. All were excellent; dinner included bread, salad, and several kinds of brick-oven pizza, wine and beer (from Coast, North Charleston’s new organic brewery) flowed freely, and the restaurant soon became so loud that it was difficult to hear the person next to you–and that wasn’t because of the jazz music in the background. In other words, it was a fabulous party. The I’On Group employees seemed to enjoy it just as much as the homeowners. We hope that it is only the first of many nights when Mixson friends and neighbors gather together to eat, drink, and be merry. Or just be merry.
